Gaining insight into work practices, work engagement, and wellbeing, this is what the Pioneers application is for. Pioneers helps knowledge workers get insight into their daily work activities. This is done by using active window tracking and input tracking, along with vari- ous integrations such as the users calendar and location tracking. The application supports easy active window data labelling and tracking the people the user works with, either with simple rules or AI support. The application also comes with various functions to support the users own analysis and participation in external research. To maintain the users privacy, data are only shared with external sources when the user chooses to. This project was made for the Process Science group, Software division, at the Information and Computing Sciences department, Faculty of Science, Utrecht University.
